19/99 Beauty currently ships within Canada and the United States. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

Shipping rates:

• For orders below $450, shipping and handling fee is $50.

• For orders above $450, shipping and handling fee is $30.
  

East Coast shipping takes 2-4 business days. West Coast shipping takes 5 - 8 business days. 

RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your 19/99 Beauty product. If you aren’t happy with the product, we will provide a refund or an exchange for any product ordered from wholesale.1999beauty.com within 30 days of purchase. Just email us with your name, order number, and reason for return at purchase@1999beauty.com. Please note, your original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
